Speaking & Teaching

Krysia applies evidence-based content in a deeply reflective framework to develop fast-paced, experiential sessions designed to teach and motivate.  Her preference is always to include a high degree of interaction.  Even in large conference-group environments, she will request audience participation and conversation.  Krysia knows that much of what is taught in the leadership space is easy to talk about and very hard to do; whenever possible, she prioritizes application and examples to highlight challenges and empower participants with valuable concepts and tools. 

 

Recent client needs have included: situational vs. authentic leadership, the use of assessment data to understand leadership style, productive conflict, perspective-taking, unconscious bias, and negotiation skills.  She has spoken for clients at events across the US and in Europe.
